Regarding the Termination of Monthly Disclosure
On September 12, 2024, we revised our long-term vision, “VISION 2031,” and shifted our long-term target from "300,000 active stores" to "30 billion yen in ARR" to focus all efforts on increasing ARR. As a result, the monthly disclosure of the number of registered stores for our cloud-based POS system, "Smaregi," will be discontinued following the disclosure for October 2024.
